A leading B2B events and media business in Central London is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to execute marketing campaigns and manage projects. We're working on behalf of a leading B2B events and media business with a strong reputation in the institutional finance space, currently seeking an expereinced proactive, and detail-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join their close-knit, high-performing team.
You'll report directly into a highly experienced Head of Marketing and play a hands-on role in campaign execution, content creation, digital marketing, and project delivery across a portfolio of market-leading events and publications.
This is an ideal step-up for a strong marketing executive ready to take on more ownership, or someone already in a senior exec/campaign-focused role looking for more strategic input-without people management responsibilities.
Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple live projects, often simultaneously
Write engaging, tailored copy across emails, web, and social / copywriting is a core part of the role
Build and deploy email campaigns (ActiveCampaign - training provided)
Update and maintain WordPress-based websites (7 in total), including agendas, event info, and post-event content
Liaise with designers on marketing materials including email banners, brochures, and print assets
Proofread and quality-check all campaign assets and deliverables
Track and measure campaign performance, helping optimise over time
Collaborate closely with sales, content, and leadership teams to ensure marketing is aligned and timely
Juggle fast-paced project timelines and competing priorities - must be organised, calm under pressure, and good at spotting what needs to happen next
Someone who's driven and proactive, ready to hit the ground running with minimal handholding
A strong communicator who is collaborative and able to write and present their ideas with polish
Experience working across multiple campaigns/projects at once - this is a fast-paced environment with 6+ projects in motion at any time
Great copywriting skills - you'll be writing 10-12 campaign emails per event, and will often be given a high-level brief to work from
Familiar with (or willing to quickly learn) tools like ActiveCampaign, CMS/WordPress, and comfortable working across digital platforms
Computer literate and well-organised, with strong attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadline
Ideally someone from a B2B media/events/publishing background/experience in institutional finance is a plus, but not essential
