Job Description:

Our vision for Amazon Ultra-Fast-Grocery is to establish Amazon as the first-choice grocery store for our customers worldwide. We are seeking an exceptionally motivated and talented Marketing Manager/ Campaign manager with a strong customer focus and ability to innovate, to develop and execute marketing strategies for our European business.

As the Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of traffic campaigns across Amazon's Owned & Operated (O&O) channels for the European grocery businesses. Working closely with the central Amazon Fresh International traffic strategy team, you will ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all marketing campaigns, driving strong customer engagement and topline performance.

This is a unique opportunity to get involved with a rapidly developing Amazon business and make a wide-reaching impact. You'll be a member of a remote marketing team distributed across the EU, with the option to work from our offices in Germany (Munich), UK (London), Spain (Madrid), Italy (Milan), or France (Paris).

Ideal Candidate:

  • Is a marketing or program management professional demonstrating Amazon leadership principles of Deliver Results, Ownership, Earn Trust, Insist on the Highest Standards, and Deep Dive.
  • Has experience leading end-to-end traffic campaigns across Amazon's O&O channels, preferably in e-commerce or grocery.
  • Thrives in ambiguous environments, leveraging automation tools and templates to streamline tasks.
  • Possesses excellent project and stakeholder management skills, serving as the main contact for local marketing teams.
  • Demonstrates strong technical aptitude to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
  • Has expertise in managing email and push campaigns, scaling automation across countries.
  • Prefers working smart and leveraging tools for maximum productivity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage deployment of scalable customer journeys in multiple European languages.
  • Serve as the main contact for local marketing teams for campaign coordination.
  • Use automation tools to streamline tasks.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams for reporting and insights.
  • Review campaign assets for brand alignment and technical quality.
  • Provide local market expertise and support to central teams.
  • Develop local messaging and targeting strategies to boost engagement and performance.

Note: Candidates will be based in the UK.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in professional non-internship marketing
  • Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables)
  • Experience using data and metrics for impact measurement and improvements
  • Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing, and digital advertising

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams with demonstrable results
