Job summary

Booker is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Foodservice Marketing team, shaping customer communications and driving engagement across catering and small business customers.

You will oversee the marketing plan delivery, manage a talented team, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications or campaign management.
• Strong project management with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Commercial mindset focused on customers and results.
• Experience using data and insights to drive marketing performance.
• People management experience would be advantageous.
• Foodservice sector experience or CIM qualification would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day to day running of the Foodservice Marketing team.
• Managing the delivery of customer communications across multiple channels.
• Overseeing the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activity.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Category, Sales, Trade Planning and Operations.
• Monitoring campaign performance and using insight to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensuring marketing activity is delivered efficiently, consistently and in line with brand standards.
• Supporting the Head of Marketing Foodservice and deputising when required.

About the role

Working closely with teams across the business, you'll oversee the delivery of the marketing plan, manage a talented team, and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, on time and aligned to our commercial objectives.

You will be responsible for
