Location - Greater London (30 mins via train from Central)

WFH / WFO - 3 days in the office, 2 at home (flexible working hours possible)

Salary - c80k + Bonus + Benefits

My client is a category leading FMCG business seeking an ambitious, curious, and strategic Marketing Manager to join their team. The role involves developing the core business and expanding into new categories through NPD, to grow their portfolio of market-leading products.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager looking to advance or an experienced Marketing Manager aiming to progress. The ideal candidate will have risen through the ranks in a leading FMCG food company with strong marketing fundamentals and blue-chip training.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of brand marketing professionals on an exciting, NPD-led product range.
  • Creating cross-channel integrated brand experiences to shape the company's vision and strategy.
  • Managing a 7-figure advertising budget and developing communication campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the Category and Sales teams across food service and consumer channels for market execution.

Requirements for a Marketing Manager:

  • Several years of FMCG (preferably food) marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to take creative ideas from conception to execution.
  • Experience managing P+L and strong commercial acumen.
  • Knowledge of sales tracking systems.
  • Experience in category and brand strategy development.
  • Understanding of executional marketing levers.
  • Experience managing brands across multiple markets.
