Drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue for FlightStory Creator Ventures products through high-impact marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in launching and scaling products, ensuring they cut through, reach the right audiences, and deliver commercial success. Success comes from deeply understanding our creators - their audiences, their influence, and what makes their brands resonate - so that every marketing move feels authentic and impactful. Responsible for leading multi-channel campaigns, shaping product narratives, and identifying key opportunities to maximise impact, this role creates campaigns that spark conversation, build real connections, and drive measurable business impact.
Audience growth & engagement: Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive audience acquisition, engagement, and retention across FlightStory’s product ecosystem
Go-to-market excellence: Lead product launch strategies that maximise visibility, ensure strong positioning, and drive sustained demand
Multi-channel campaign execution & orchestration: Oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of integrated campaigns to optimise reach, engagement, and revenue impact
Audience & creator connection: Leverage audience and creator insights to build marketing strategies that drive deeper engagement, brand affinity, and commercial impact
Revenue & commercial impact: Build marketing initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth, leveraging campaign performance data to drive commercial success
Experimentation & optimisation: Drive a culture of test-and-learn, using data and analytics to refine marketing strategies, improve performance, and identify new opportunities that drive impact
Seamless cross-team collaboration: Work across creators, product, channel owners, and beyond to align marketing efforts and deliver high-impact campaigns
You build a deep understanding of our creators - their audiences, their influence, and what makes their brands resonate - so that every marketing move feels authentic and impactful
You create campaigns that spark conversation and drive real engagement, ensuring FlightStory products don’t just launch but truly connect
You instinctively know when and where to show up, making sharp, tactical decisions that ensure our marketing is always relevant and effective
You test, learn, and push boundaries, bringing a mindset of constant experimentation to refine what works and uncover new ways to drive impact
You work seamlessly across teams, from content to paid, social to product, ensuring campaigns hit hard and land right
You grow and deepen our audience, turning reach into real connection and engaged communities
You turn momentum into revenue, leading marketing efforts that are measured, optimised, and refined to drive commercial success
Product marketing execution: You know how to take a product to market - how to position it, communicate its value, and drive demand. Experience with creator-led products is a huge plus
Campaign strategy & development: You can craft and execute marketing campaigns that cut through, ensuring FlightStory’s products show up in the right places with the right message
Cultural & audience insight: You understand where culture is heading, what matters to audiences, and how to tap into key moments to maximise impact
Strategic decision-making: You move fast but think long-term, making smart, tactical choices about when, where, and how to show up
Data-driven optimisation: You translate data into action - tracking performance, refining campaigns, and optimising for audience growth and revenue impact
Collaboration & cross-team alignment: You work seamlessly across product, content, social, and paid media, ensuring marketing efforts land with maximum impact
