Join the University of Southampton as a Marketing Manager within the Global Recruitment Admissions and Marketing Directorate. This full-time role focuses on executing faculty marketing plans and collaborating with stakeholders to attract high-quality students, thereby contributing to the university's enrollment targets.

This role is within our Global Recruitment Admissions and Marketing Directorate, responsible for nurturing leads, building relationships, and recruiting high-quality students globally to meet our undergraduate and postgraduate enrollment targets.
We offer an exciting opportunity to join our faculty marketing team on a full-time, permanent basis. The team plays a crucial role in achieving the university's student number plans by fostering strong institutional relationships and executing a range of impactful activities. In this role, you will support faculty objectives by managing the implementation of the faculty marketing plan, ensuring strategic alignment of data and insights with our positioning and propositions. Collaboration with academic and marketing stakeholders across the recruitment journey—from awareness and promotion to conversion—is essential, providing scope for innovation and measurable impact. Building relationships and collaboration are key to success.
You will work across the full marketing mix, including product, positioning, proposition, and messaging, while providing feedback to faculties through campaign reports and sector insights. You will support academic colleagues in delivering growth plans, protecting and expanding market share, and responding to recruitment environment changes.
