Role: Marketing Manager

Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days in the office per week)

Type: Full-Time | Permanent

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function of a fast-growing electric automotive brand. The role will involve managing all aspects of marketing with a focus on new product launches, digital content, brand strategy, and event execution. This position replaces the current Marketing Manager and requires someone who can bring fresh energy while maintaining brand continuity and momentum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support product launches, brand positioning, and customer acquisition goals.
  • Digital & Social Media:
  • Oversee the brand’s presence across all digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on social media content creation, community management, and performance tracking.
  • Brand Assets & Collateral:
  • Lead the development and distribution of brochures, videos, photography, email campaigns, and other key sales and marketing materials.
  • Event Planning:
  • Organise and manage brand events, pop-ups, exhibitions, and partnerships to boost visibility and engage target audiences.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with design, sales, PR, and external agencies to ensure messaging consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor KPIs and campaign effectiveness, providing regular performance updates and actionable insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within automotive, luxury lifestyle, or consumer product sectors.
  • Strong digital marketing and social media background, with hands-on experience developing high-impact campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects across print, digital, and experiential channels.
  • Proven success in event planning and brand activations.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on in execution.
