Job Description:

Are you looking for a new challenge and to progress within your marketing career?

Do you have toy marketing experience?

Do you want to work for a leading global toy company?

Macgregor Black are partnering with a Leading Toy company on the search for a Marketing Manager. This is a permanent role based in London.

As the Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead on developing and executing both consumer-facing and trade marketing strategies that support product launches, build brand awareness, and ultimately drive sales across multiple territories.

You’ll collaborate closely with regional sales, product, and licensing teams, as well as global marketing functions, to tailor marketing campaigns to local market needs. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role that combines creative campaign management with strategic planning and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement tailored marketing campaigns across EMEA, aligned with global brand direction.
  • Develop retail marketing initiatives to secure visibility in-store, with a focus on permanent placement and key promotional moments.
  • Lead regional launch plans, supporting product introductions with compelling retail and consumer campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for regional product development and work cross-functionally to bring new ideas to market.
  • Ensure cohesive brand presentation across all touchpoints—retail, digital, and trade.
  • Manage content creation for social media, email, and e-commerce platforms to boost consumer engagement and online conversion.
  • Support budget planning and ensure campaigns are delivered cost-effectively.
  • Build relationships with key retailers, licensors, and external agencies to enhance brand reach.
  • Track campaign performance and use insights to continually improve effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a consumer marketing role, ideally within the toy, licensing, or wider FMCG sectors.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA markets and retail environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns with tangible commercial outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B and retail marketing, ideally including product development exposure.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Comfortable working directly with retailers and licensors, excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
  • Experience working across international teams and managing a range of stakeholder relationships.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Competitive salary + benefits.
