This role will be responsible for setting the Product and Communications Strategy for the Electrical segment, part of the Concrete Business Unit within the UK and Nordics. Working closely with the Segment lead, the ideal candidate will support the strategic intent and execution of Sales & Marketing plans. They will ensure that our value propositions resonate with our customer base and enable business growth.
They will also lead the Customer Back innovation process to ensure a pipeline of developments for the future, supporting the long-term growth strategy of the business segment.
Additionally, they will be responsible for the Communications strategy of the segment, using appropriate channels to influence key decision-makers in the industry to understand and engage with our brand's value propositions.
The ultimate goal is to grow market share within the electrical market and maintain growth above competitors.
