Job summary

Keplin Group is seeking a Marketing Manager (1 year maternity cover) to coordinate and deliver marketing across our growing portfolio. You’ll own strategy, execution and results across CRM, email, social media and e-commerce channels in a fast-moving, D2C environment.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll drive brand presence, acquisition and retention while collaborating with SEO, content, copywriting and design teams to maximise impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in marketing, brand or digital marketing roles.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer goods or D2C businesses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver marketing activity across multiple brands within the Keplin Group.
• Develop brand presence, drive customer acquisition and retention, and sharpen CRM and email performance.
• Grow organic social channels and coordinate with SEO, content and design teams.
