The Amazon Digital Advertising team is seeking an experienced, innovative, and results-oriented marketer to drive the growth of our ad programs on behalf of internal advertisers. Our team is expanding new programs and increasing investment in digital advertising to foster growth. We aim to push the boundaries in digital formats by developing and leveraging proprietary in-house technology.

Amazon Digital Advertising is dedicated to delivering measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, and entrepreneurs. Our portfolio includes sponsored, display, video, and custom ads, along with insights and reporting. We offer tailored solutions for all businesses with flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service, managed service, and programmatic options to optimize strategies. The Amazon Digital Advertising team (ADA) focuses on leveraging Amazon’s Advertising DSP to support Amazon’s strategic business marketing initiatives. Our stakeholders are internal marketing teams across Amazon, and our mission is to develop superior digital advertising programs for these teams. Our operations span marketing, program management, and new product development. This role will manage display and video ad programs for large 1P advertisers with marketing objectives from brand perception to purchases.

The complexity and scale of our activities grow as we deploy new media buying and measurement strategies. Our goal is to build a team of passionate experts who are committed to innovation on behalf of internal partners.

The Marketing Manager is an Amazon Advertising expert responsible for designing, managing, and scaling effective display programs via the Amazon DSP.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with internal teams to understand marketing goals and identify DSP solutions that support these objectives.
  2. Identify relevant performance metrics and manage ad programs towards these benchmarks.
  3. Regularly audit operational processes to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Contribute to the development of Amazon Advertising solutions by identifying feature gaps and providing requirements and business cases to Ad Tech teams.
  5. Develop and promote new program initiatives utilizing evolving technical capabilities.
  6. Partner with technology teams to create and execute on aggressive roadmaps.
  7. Define success criteria, design tests, and analyze data to uncover opportunities.
  8. Develop and manage campaigns across diverse audiences, inventory sources, and ad formats.
