Marketing Manager - UK Sales

Hybrid role – 2 days office-based

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Marketing Manager to join a dynamic business within the FMCG industry based in Birmingham and become a valuable part of the Marketing team.

As Customer Marketing Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Creating and implementing successful multi-channel customer marketing strategies throughout the UK aligned with business objectives.
  2. Identifying shopper insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategies and optimise in-store brand campaigns.
  3. Utilising available insights and data to enhance brand strategy.
  4. Leading and motivating a team of Brand Managers located in-market.
  5. Staying updated with industry trends and adjusting the marketing plan accordingly.
  6. Reporting monthly on marketing performance across the region.

Qualifications and skills required:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in customer marketing, shopper marketing, or retail sales.
  3. Experience developing and executing marketing strategies for FMCG brands.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external partners.
  5. Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

If successful, you can expect a salary of £45,000 to £50,000, depending on experience, along with 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, pension, and access to training and development programs to support your career growth.

Interviews are expected to commence ASAP.
