Kenvue is recruiting for a Cough & Cold Northern Europe Marketing Manager. Based at our High Wycombe office with a hybrid working policy, this position has an estimated start date in JUNE.

Role Overview: We offer a great opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join as a contractor for approximately 13 months. You will lead the Cough & Cold portfolio in Northern Europe, including brands like Sudafed and Benylin, reporting to the Self-care Squad Director. You will coach and develop a team of 4-5 members and collaborate closely with UK, Ireland, and Nordic teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth of the Cough & Cold portfolio across Northern Europe.
  • Deliver the full P&L and share targets for the year, and contribute to the development of the Northern Europe 3-year plans.
  • Lead the Northern Europe Cough & Cold Squads, fostering collaboration across markets.
  • Work with the Global and Regional Leaders to align on needs and share insights, acting as a key stakeholder.
  • Coordinate with local commercial teams to address challenges and develop differentiated growth strategies.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify and size commercial and innovation opportunities.
  • Develop and coach the team, leading cross-functional squads in collaboration with the Squad Director.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience at Marketing Manager (PG30) level with a successful track record in a matrixed FMCG organization.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in brand management within FMCG.
  • People management skills, with experience coaching and developing teams.
  • Experience in content development, media strategy, data-driven marketing, and understanding retailer/customer needs.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including P&L management.
