The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing and develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to raise the company’s profile, attract sponsors, and engage key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and industry partners. This is a hands-on role involving digital and traditional marketing, content creation, and analytics to measure impact. It offers an excellent opportunity for someone from a client services role in a healthcare agency to transition into in-house marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting clinical trials and company growth.
  • Collaborate with scientists, sales teams, and writers to create compelling content such as blogs, case studies, newsletters, and press releases.
