COREcruitment is working with a dynamic and growing multi-site bar group in London, known for their vibrant venues, exceptional cocktails, and experiences. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, drive footfall, and optimize both their digital and offline presence.

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the overall marketing strategy across our bar group. You will lead campaigns, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure our marketing efforts drive growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue targets.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and strategic direction.
• Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, bookings, and customer retention.
• Direct and execute social media strategies, including content planning, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
• Manage website updates, SEO strategies, and CRM-driven email marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with venue managers and the wider operations team to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives.
• Lead PR efforts, securing media coverage and building relationships with journalists
• Analyse marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools, adjusting strategies for optimal ROI.
• Oversee event marketing, promotional campaigns, partnerships, and sponsorships to enhance brand positioning.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximized returns.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, customer behaviours, and competitor strategies to inform marketing plans.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a management position within hospitality, nightlife, or F&B sectors.
• Proven experience in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Experience in PR, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Hootsuite).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• A strategic mindset with a passion for hospitality, nightlife, and guest experiences.
• Knowledge of London’s bar scene and an understanding of target demographics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
