Job Description

The Marketing Manager, Carbon Products, is a key role within the Commercial marketing team. You will play a crucial part in aligning sales, product, and marketing efforts, leading on proposition and product positioning, building brand awareness, defining lead generation strategies, and contributing to the company's growth and success. This role combines product marketing and demand generation, responsible for launching, expanding, and ensuring the long-term success of a new product portfolio.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
  1. Lead go-to-market strategy for a new product by collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to create demand-generation strategies that drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth.
  2. Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase lead flow, deepen customer relationships, and build new relationships within existing accounts.
  3. Develop compelling value propositions, messaging, and product collateral to communicate the product's value.
  4. Implement tailored account-based marketing strategies for high-value accounts to increase engagement and revenue.
  5. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics; hold teams accountable and recommend improvements based on data.
  6. Work closely with sales to ensure understanding of marketing activities and seamless lead handoff.
  7. Oversee events and partnership strategies for the Carbon portfolio, aligning with channel and partnership teams.
  8. Build and optimize nurture programs, including A/B testing and iterative learning.

Qualifications
