The Role

As the Marketing Manager you will lead and execute impactful campaigns that elevate the brand portfolio which includes one of the biggest food brands within its category that is known for being a brand leader. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to deliver customer-focused solutions and drive brand growth. From shaping strategy and managing digital agencies to supporting sales and analysing data for insight-driven decisions, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing team.

Requirements :

  • Experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG or food-related sectors.
  • Ideally be a ‘foodie’ at heart
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
  • Deep understanding of various marketing channels and how to leverage them.
  • ‘Own it – Drive it’ mentality
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities.
  • Leadership qualities with a team-oriented approach.
  • Enjoys seeing growth and making a tangible impact.
  • Willing to get involved in all aspects of the role.

Location: Office based – HQ is South Manchester area.

Salary: Up to £80,000 plus benefits
