Job description

Mode Search is supporting a fashion and footwear brand with the search for a Marketing Manager Brand & Campaigns Focus to lead brand and campaign initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, culturally connected marketer to shape the voice and presence of a label that is making serious waves in the streetwear and sneaker space.

The role is based in London. It is a full-time position, currently operating on a hybrid basis with four days in the office and one day from home. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Commercial Director.

The Role

  • Lead end-to-end campaign development for seasonal product drops, retail launches, and cultural moments.
  • Deliver highly engaging brand activations and events that generate buzz and elevate brand awareness.
  • Build and manage a community of tastemakers, creators, influencers, and stylists who align with the brand’s ethos.
  • Collaborate with in-house content and social teams to bring campaign concepts to life across digital channels.
  • Work alongside a retained PR agency to drive press coverage, partnerships, and brand storytelling.
  • Own influencer strategy from discovery to activation, developing long-term brand ambassadors.
  • Identify and pitch strategic collaborations and cultural partnerships to boost brand visibility.
  • Maintain and manage the marketing and PR calendar, ensuring all initiatives are aligned and executed on time.
  • Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and report on ROI across all activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or events within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle sectors.
  • A strong understanding of contemporary culture with a finger on the pulse of the London fashion and creative scene.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful events and activations, from grassroots to high-profile.
  • Well-networked with industry figures including influencers, stylists, press, and creative talent.
  • Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts and the ability to craft compelling campaign narratives.
  • Energetic, proactive, and adaptable, with a hands-on approach and experience working in a fast-paced, evolving business.
  • Prior experience within a young, high-growth brand or start-up environment is highly desirable.
