Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results.
Work with Digital Marketing Manager to improve new campaigns, using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
Coordinate with the Product Manager and wider Marketing team to keep a pulse on the latest product updates and coordinate with respective teams on UK launch dates.
Organise campaigns and keep team members informed on deliverables on Monday.com.
Prepare bi-weekly campaign status reports for leadership.
Ideate and own the brand storytelling process, coordinate with Creative Team on content, video, and design.
Check for accuracy and approve campaign content and materials.
Oversee the quality of work returned by designers and copywriters.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
Experience: 4+ Years in Marketing or Communication positions
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and knowledge.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work after hours in the evenings or over weekends for events where needed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven experience in the corporate marketing environment.
Experience with Monday.com, a project management platform.
Experience with WordPress or similar web management platform.
Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously.
Knowledge of British Sign Language and/or other European languages (advantageous).
Experience/Knowledge of the Deaf Community (advantageous).
