Marketing Manager – Labman
This is a leadership role with significant impact. The Marketing Manager will drive marketing strategy and play a direct role in shaping growth, product launches, and how Labman’s brand is perceived worldwide.
Own and optimise the CRM, marketing automation tools, and lead management processes.
Deliver content-led, campaign-based marketing across digital channels.
Champion the Labman brand across all areas of the business.
Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report results to senior leadership.
Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to fuel growth.

Degree-qualified with 4+ years’ B2B marketing experience (ideally in scientific/tech sectors).
2+ years’ line management experience leading marketing teams.
Proven success in campaign-based, content-driven marketing with budget planning.
Expertise in CRM (ideally Salesforce) and marketing automation.
International and digital-first marketing experience.
