Overview

Term: Permanent

Location: We have hybrid working in place, with 1-2 days per week, in our office in Canary Wharf.

What exactly will you be doing?

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and commercial growth for AAT’s products and services. You will craft data-driven campaigns that resonate with AAT’s audiences, leveraging digital and traditional marketing channels to maximise brand engagement. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies, you will lead initiatives that enhance AAT’s presence in the market and strengthen customer relationships.

Major objectives

Your major objectives will include:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with AAT’s overall business goals.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise multichannel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, student acquisition and engagement.
  • Oversee go-to-market plans for new products, ensuring successful launches with measurable KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers to develop quality content and campaigns.
  • Analyse marketing performance data, providing insights and optimisations to enhance ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and customer-focused messaging.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, digital channels, and content distribution.
  • Proven experience in campaign management and briefing/managing agencies.
  • Expertise in analytics and data-driven decision-making using platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills to guide junior marketing team members.
  • Ability to craft compelling messaging and ensure alignment with AAT’s brand identity.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and optimising marketing spend for maximum impact.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
