Part-time Internal Marketing Manager - Contract - Agency experience needed

Hybrid in London

£300/day outside IR35

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our client's marketing initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help bring their brand to life across a variety of channels and formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with broader strategic goals and deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Drive and manage multi-channel campaigns — from planning and content creation to execution and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, web, and leadership) to deliver campaigns, produce engaging content, and manage social media presence, including video and case study promotion.
  • Produce marketing materials — including thought leadership articles, social content, and visual assets — to support brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Work with leadership to develop and deliver a content strategy and calendar.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, using insights to refine marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to optimise website performance, focusing on traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Support business development by creating pitch content, case studies, and marketing decks.
  • Manage the events calendar, identifying high-value networking and industry events in London.
  • Lead award submission efforts, identifying opportunities aligned with business goals and offering strong ROI.
  • Coordinate resources with the studio manager to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

You’re a strategic thinker who thrives on execution, detail, and creativity. You’ve worked in an agency setting and understand how great marketing can generate commercial impact.

You’ll Have:

  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns (digital + traditional)
  • Strong background in content creation and social media management
  • Experience producing award entries and coordinating industry events
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and performance optimisation
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools
  • A data-driven mindset — you understand how to extract and apply insights to improve performance
  • Strong writing skills — you know how to tell compelling stories in a brand’s tone of voice
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, curious approach and the confidence to challenge the norm
  • Impeccable organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
