Job Title – Marketing Manager

Department/Sector – Travel

Job Location – London

Salary – £28k

Our client is recruiting a Local Marketing Manager to develop and improve the store marketing programmes.

In the role, you will be responsible for engaging with Branch Managers across the UK to coordinate all marketing activities, ensuring sales objectives are met and effective spending of budgets.

Our client has been booking tailor-made holidays around the world for over 30 years; they pride themselves on offering customers an unbeatable range of great value travel experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse the success of activities and amend/introduce new/improved programmes.
  2. Attend all shop manager meetings and report on marketing progress.
  3. Meet with the Head of Sales regularly to review shop marketing plans and discuss requirements.
  4. Input into the national marketing strategy.

Key Skills/Experience Needed:

  1. Experience in local/retail marketing with an understanding of tailoring marketing campaigns to local audiences.
  2. Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and how to influence customer behaviour.
  3. Proven track record of planning and executing marketing campaigns with a clear view on KPIs and what success looks like.
  4. Performance-focused, eager to drive continuous testing & learning across programs.
  5. Excellent analytical skills with experience and comfort in working in a data-driven environment.
