The Marketing Managerwill be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive sales, and elevate the consumer experience for our wine brands. You will work closely with the marketing team, sales, and external agencies to develop and implement campaigns, manage brand communications, and enhance our presence across key markets. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent project management skills.
Key responsibilities include:• Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth, engagement, and sales. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to completion, across multiple channels including digital, social, events, and retail.
• Brand Management & Positioning: Oversee the strategic direction and management of key brands, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints and a clear, compelling brand identity. Develop brand positioning and messaging that resonate with target consumers and differentiate our wines in a competitive market.
• NPD: Develop NPD across the brand portfolio to drive future brand growth and ensure relevance in market
• Integrated Campaign Development: Lead the creation, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (ATL. digital, social, events, PR, retail, etc.). Ensure campaigns are impactful, measurable, and contribute to overall brand growth and visibility.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and optimise digital marketing activities, including paid media campaigns, content creation, social media management, and email marketing. Ensure alignment of digital strategies with overall marketing objectives.
• Market & Consumer Insights: Use consumer insights, market research, and competitor analysis to guide marketing decisions, identify new opportunities, and adapt strategies to changing market conditions. Regularly report on market trends and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, ensuring they are empowered to execute high-quality campaigns and drive innovation within the business. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Campaign Performance: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use KPIs and metrics to evaluate success and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all activities are within financial constraints. Allocate resources efficiently and track ROI on campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals. Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and other partners to execute campaigns.
