Marketing Manager, Near Hatfield, Salary up to c£75k+car+bonus

THE ROLE

1. Responsible for operations and development of a dedicated marketing team within the UK business.
2. You'll be tasked with ensuring marketing processes are robust, with a focus on managing operational tasks.
3. Input into strategic change and re-organisation of the department and processes as required.
4. Managing the product portfolio from a marketing perspective to include product management, channel, communications, digital, social media & PR/promotions.
5. Liaison and oversee works with a dedicated marketing agency to ensure best return on investment for appropriate promotion via media channels.
6. Full P&L responsibility, with regular reporting, business planning, cost analysis to include some travel to Europe as required.

THE PERSON

1. We're seeking a marketing manager, with experience of running a team, that's commercially savvy and able to operate in a corporate setting.
2. You'll come from a B2B background within the construction and/or engineering product field and an awareness of sales channels and routes to market.
3. Comfortable working within a role with emphasis on operational management of marketing, to include strategic involvement as the position grows over time.
4. Flexible to be based in the office 3 days per week and able to travel to Europe as required.

THE PACKAGE

A basic salary in the c£60-75k bracket, pending on background/experience. Company car/allowance (electric/hybrid), management bonus, good pension contribution and a full raft of employee benefits.

You'll be located within comfortable commuting distance to the office, based near to Hatfield & Welwyn Garden City.
