What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Strategy & Brand: Define and execute TECHNE’s brand positioning in the market telling a bold, compelling story of how we’re reshaping the recruitment proposition through innovation, creativity, and next-generation techniques.
• Be the Marketing Focal Point for Our Customers: Act as the central marketing partner for our clients, collaborating closely to develop digital and graphic design assets that bring their employer proposition to life through TECHNE’s headhunting approach.
• Run the TECHNE Connect Podcast Series: Own and grow our flagship podcast, including live, on-site recordings with prestigious clients in the Future Mobility industry, transforming these sessions into high-impact multimedia content.
• Build and Lead TECHNE’s Marketing & Digital Team: Shape the future of our internal marketing function, from strategy to execution, and grow a high-performing team around you taking an immediate step into management working with a Marketing Executive & Consultant.
• Partner with TECHNE's Founders: Work closely with our co-founders to keep TECHNE on the leading edge of recruitment marketing, deploying bold, next-generation marketing techniques to maintain our standout position in the industry.

Who You Are

• 3+ Years of marketing experience in a high-growth B2B, recruitment, or agency setting.
• Strong graphic design or videography background — you understand how to bring a brand to life visually across channels.
• Experienced in developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies — from positioning and messaging to campaign rollout.
• Confident in social media campaign creation, understanding how to craft content that engages and converts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Comfortable with podcast editing and promotion workflows — ideally experienced with tools like Descript, Riverside, or Adobe Premiere.
• Ready to become the face of TECHNE’s Marketing & Digital proposition — confident representing the brand externally through content, partnerships, and events.
• A builder with a bias for action — you thrive on starting, testing, and scaling ideas in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• A confident communicator and natural collaborator who works well across creative, client, and leadership teams.
