Day to Day Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver engaging marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
2. Own social media, email marketing, website content, and paid advertising
3. Plan and execute in-store events, seasonal promotions, and customer experiences
4. Work with external partners, local media, and suppliers to amplify brand reach
5. Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns and track ROI
6. Bring fresh ideas that put the brand front-of-mind for both loyal customers and new audiences

Minimum Requirements:

1. A proven marketer with experience in retail, lifestyle, or consumer-focused industries
2. Strong digital knowledge - from content creation and email strategy to PPC and SEO
3. Someone who thrives on managing multiple projects and wearing many hats
4. Excellent communicator, with an eye for engaging, high-quality content
