This is a great opportunity for an Account Manager or Account Director within a marketing agency to make their move in-house. Key skills of team leadership, project management, marketing production and creative briefing alongside account management align perfectly. About You:

• Experience and passion for developing, leading and managing multiple direct reports within a marketing function.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship skills working with external and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing projects.
• Understanding of process management for the production of promotional collateral including mailers, leaflets, newsletters and more.
• Strong creative eye with attention to detail in proof-reading, applying tone of voice and ensuring visually impactful designs.
• Highly organised to manage multiple projects, keeping to deadlines and managing schedules to deliver calendar of marketing activity.
• Strong analytically and confident reporting on campaign activity.

What You'll Be Doing:

This Marketing Manager job is a full-time office based role, with your team all on site. The office is easily accessible from the motorway network near to the Wakefield area and commutable from all surrounding towns and cities including Leeds, Barnsley, York, Doncaster, Huddersfield and Bradford.
