Marketing Manager

Location: Harrogate

Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 p/a plus excellent benefits including 28 days annual leave + stats and your Birthday off, Healthcare cover and much more.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a progressive and fast-growing organisation.As Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across both digital and traditional channels for all businesses within our client s group. This pivotal role will see you driving campaign development, optimising marketing performance, and shaping the way the group s brands are positioned and perceived across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement marketing and advertising strategy and campaigns to drive brand awareness
  • Working with the in-house content creator and external marketing agencies on campaigns.
  • Oversee and manage and optimise digital channels including email, social media, SEO/PPC, content marketing, and paid media.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align marketing initiatives with business development plans.
  • Liaising with external PR agency
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee creation of marketing content including social posts, and videos.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively with Senior Management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences and seminars

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B/B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
