In late 2025 we completed our rebrand to position our offer for the USA, European & Sub-Saharan Africa markets. You will join us to drive our brand marketing in nerdy engineering markets, with the main KPI being Share of Voice. This is the first dedicated in-house marketer role with external support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Copy & Communications
    • Website Management: Coordinate updates to the company website for audiences across the US, Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa, liaising with internal and external teams
    • LinkedIn: Manage content gathering, scheduling, posting, and encouraging engagement from relevant employees
    • Brand Marketing: Support the rollout of campaigns that showcase our offer, customer stories, and thought leadership; adapt materials for different regions as needed
  • Vendor Management & Internal Coordination
    • Work with external agencies and suppliers to deliver marketing assets such as videos, case studies, and creative materials
    • Coordinate with RevOps to ensure marketing-generated leads are visible and tracked in the CRM
    • Support regional brand advocates with materials, coordination, and content needs
    • Assist with planning and logistics of trade shows/conferences/events across the US, Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa (a few per year)
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Prepare regional reports on website performance, inbound enquiries, social media activity (LinkedIn), and campaign outcomes
    • Track competitor activity and share insights to inform future marketing strategy
    • Ensure marketing activities align with brand guidelines
    • Log, track, and report inbound enquiries, handing over to Business Development when they become MQLs
    • Monitor and report on Share of Voice across target regions using tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush
Requirements
  • Experience in B2B marketing where ICPs are often in the hundreds (not millions)
  • Personal usage of LinkedIn, understanding of website analytics (we use CrazyEgg and GA4), and lead generation flow across different geographies
  • Ability to translate brand/demand/expand data to link marketing impact on the sales pipeline
  • Experience working with external creative/media partners
  • Data-driven with strong reporting skills to measure marketing impact on the sales pipeline
  • Creative, self-starter with excellent organizational skills
