An award-winning craft brewery based in the Midlands, UK, is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead and deliver multi-channel marketing activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities will include:
• Brand – Work with Retail Manager to develop a yearly Marketing Strategy that incorporates Retail /Free Trade / Web and Retail shops
• New Product Campaigns and Product Push – Collaborate with internal teams to plan campaigns, identify requirements, and deliverables
• Social Media – Plan and schedule engaging content across all platforms
• Adverts – Design print and digital adverts to specification
• Portals Management – Keep portals updated with correct photography, business, and product information
• Sales Availability Mailer – Create graphics and content and send mailers to target audiences
• General Marketing and Email Communications – Plan and execute weekly marketing emails and product launch comms
• Photography and Content Creation – Plan and conduct shoots for retail, products, and social media
• Website Management – Manage relationship with website company

Skills and Experience required:
• Proven experience in marketing management, branding, and campaign delivery
• Strong design skills across social graphics, print artwork, and digital platforms
• Confident photography and video content production skills
• Excellent organisational and project management ability
• Strong communication, copywriting, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / other tools as applicable
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments with a commercial and strategic mindset
