Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and grow our client's B2B marketing efforts. This is a strategic yet hands-on role where you\'ll oversee their CRM and marketing automation systems, deliver campaign-based, content-led marketing, and strengthen their brand presence across global markets.

Responsibilities
  • Own and optimise CRM, marketing automation platforms, and lead management processes.
  • Develop and deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns with strong content focus.
  • Champion and protect the brand across all communications and customer touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, and report results to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business growth.
About You
  • Degree-qualified with at least 4 years\' B2B marketing experience (experience in scientific or technology sectors is highly desirable).
  • 2+ years of line management experience, with proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing content-driven, campaign-based marketing with budget responsibility.
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in international and digital-first marketing.
