An exciting opportunity has arisen within Days Motor Group as we are looking to recruit an innovative Marketing Manager.

Reporting directly to the Group Sales Operations Manager and managing the day to day activity of the Marketing Team, we are ideally looking for an individual with Marketing Experience gained from within the Motor Industry.

Responsibilities

Devise, develop and implement detailed and integrated marketing plans for our brand partners ( Ford, Peugeot and Iveco ) that support departmental goals, budgets and objectives whilst incorporating manufacturer planned initiatives.

Create marketing campaigns, promotional materials, emails, press releases, articles and presentations, and other written materials as required.

Liaising with the manufacturer to ensure alignment and adherence to corporate guidelines.

Producing and distributing core marketing reports where necessary.

Co-ordinate the administration and logistics support for the brand specific events.

Managing and updating the Day's Website.

Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding marketing strategy surrounding them.

Direct and train the Marketing Team to deliver agreed objectives across all media and all social media channels.

Collaboration with Sales / Aftersales and Senior Management team across the business to ensure business objectives are delivered.

Requirements

Proven marketing experience ( ideally ) within the Motor industry and leadership skills required.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills and confidence interacting at all levels.

Solid experience with Digital Marketing including, Google Analytics, Social Media, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ideally a thorough understanding of Hubspot.

Driving licence essential due to location of dealerships and events.

Personal qualities

Highly adaptable and detail orientated

Must be able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.

Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to multitask.

Ability to cope with pressure and meet deadlines.
