LOCATION: Hybrid – working Tuesday to Thursday from the office in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, and Monday & Friday from home
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 37 hours per week – opportunity for early finish on Fridays
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join Redler, a growing organisation operating within a technical and engineering‑led market. This role plays a central part in shaping marketing strategy, improving market visibility and supporting business growth through insight‑led campaigns.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for market research, campaign execution and the development of marketing communications across multiple channels. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent, effective messaging aligned with commercial objectives.
The Marketing Manager will also support sales activity through presentations, case studies and market intelligence, while developing KPIs and reporting to track performance and inform future strategy.
Redler Limited is a well‑established Mechanical Handling Business with a 100‑year history of supplying new equipment, aftermarket spares, and services.
