A well-established and fast-growing IT solutions provider based in Stevenage is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function and support ambitious growth plans.

With a strong client base across the UK, this business delivers high-quality IT services including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. The company is looking for a commercially minded marketer who can take ownership of the strategy while executing day-to-day activities across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Manage and optimise digital channels including SEO, PPC, and email marketing
• Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and support client acquisition
• Create and manage content across the website, social platforms, and outbound campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics and ROI
• Manage third-party agencies and suppliers where necessary

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role
• Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within IT, SaaS, or a technical sector
• Strong digital skill set, including CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar), GA4, and CMS systems
• Confident content creator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, strategic thinker with hands-on ability to deliver campaigns
• Hybrid working (2–3 days office-based)
