About the Company

This award-winning B2B SaaS company delivers innovative solutions designed to help businesses streamline operations, boost efficiency, and elevate customer engagement. Known for its commitment to innovation and customer success, the company is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to expand its team with driven professionals.

About the role

As part of this growth, the company is hiring a Marketing Manager—an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting. The position offers the autonomy to shape how services are launched and scaled, while being supported by a collaborative team with a 30-year legacy and a 70% share of voice in the UK dental market.

The Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to bring new services to market, build brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and define success metrics. This is a rare opportunity to make a tangible impact—helping shape the future of a trusted, disruptive business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for the company’s new service offerings, including Compliance, Consent, CPD, and Practice Marketing.
  • Take ownership of campaign planning and performance reporting to ensure all marketing activity delivers measurable outcomes aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Manage and update associated product websites, ensuring content remains accurate, compliant, user-friendly, and SEO-optimised.
  • Work closely with content, sales, design, and digital teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns across various channels.
  • Identify market trends and customer challenges to help shape the future roadmap of service offerings.
  • Use marketing tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and email/social platforms to monitor, analyse, and optimise performance.
  • Build and maintain trust with customers through high-quality, compliant, and accurate marketing content.
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally to ensure all messaging aligns with product-market fit.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inquisitive culture driven by continuous improvement.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable B2B marketing experience—preferably within dental, healthcare, or other regulated professional services sectors.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including knowledge of email, social media, paid media, SEO, and website content management.
  • Experience managing websites using WordPress or a similar CMS, with the ability to update content, make basic edits, and liaise with developers when necessary.
  • Data-literate and confident using metrics to test, learn, and refine campaigns.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
  • Experience launching new products or services is highly desirable.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently to drive progress.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and opportunities for growth.
  • Degree-level education in Marketing, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
