Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist / Sales and Marketing Manager to join an engineering service business based in Portsmouth.

The Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist / Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.

The successful Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist / Sales and Marketing Manager will ideally have experience in a B2B marketing role working in the engineering industry.

£40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

  1. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  2. Manage outsourced marketing partners, ensuring ROI and timely execution.
  3. Manage LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram presence with 3–5 weekly posts.
  4. Run email campaigns via Mailchimp, segmenting audiences and tracking performance.
  5. Work with SEO and web teams to optimise search rankings and site functionality.
  6. Support trade shows, events, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  7. Utilise Lead Forensics and targeted content to generate and nurture leads.
  8. Track marketing KPIs and report insights using Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media tools.
  9. Commutable to site near Portsmouth.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Marketing Manager will ideally have experience in a B2B marketing role working in the engineering industry.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or Business.
  3. Expertise in Mailchimp, SEO, and website management would be ideal.
  4. Strong social media & LinkedIn growth strategies.
  5. Commutable to site near Portsmouth.
