Overview
The Marketing Manager for Reformation Metals is responsible for driving the company's brand and leading product (Reformation Gold) presence, market engagement, and lead generation through marketing initiatives. This role will be required to be a self-sufficient marketer, working autonomously and ensuring that all marketing activities—from campaigns and events to agency collaborations—are aligned with business objectives and delivered efficiently. Acting as a bridge between marketing and sales, the Marketing Manager plays a key role in supporting commercial growth through the delivery of sales collateral, enhancing customer engagement, and positioning the company as a leader in the precious metals recovery sector through thought leadership campaigns, supporting both brand and product positioning.
Responsibilities
- Drive brand and product presence for Reformation Metals and Reformation Gold.
- Lead market engagement and lead generation through integrated marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support business growth with sales collateral and customer engagement tools.
- Manage campaigns, events, and external partners to deliver value-aligned programs.
- Ensure autonomous execution and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven B2B marketing experience in industrial, technical, or niche markets.
- Strong experience working closely with sales teams to support business growth.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners to deliver value-add marketing programs.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
