Marketing Manager - Hybrid (Oxford)
£40,000 - £45,000 DOE + Bonus
Hybrid working: 2-3 days per week in the Oxford office
We're working on behalf of a leading client in Oxford to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager for a newly created and pivotal role. This is a broad, generalist position ideal for a hands-on marketer who can balance day-to-day campaign delivery with strategic thinking.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving lead generation, strengthening brand presence, and supporting the commercial growth of high-value services.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, email, and events
Oversee the marketing budget and measure campaign performance and ROI
Maintain and evolve consistent brand messaging across all platforms
Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage pipelines, track results, and support sales conversion
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing activity and business goals
Drive campaigns supporting high-ticket or high-value offerings
Strong background in a generalist B2B/B2C marketing role, with proven experience in lead generation
Track record of managing successful end-to-end marketing campaigns
Experience in marketing high-value services or products is highly desirable
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM is essential
Commercially focused with strong project and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable in a hybrid working setup, with 2-3 days a week in the Oxford office
£40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
