Hofmann's of Henley Marketing Manager Position

Hofmann's Henley Ltd. is an ambitious, family-run motor trade business passionate about the sale and maintenance of enthusiast and performance vehicles, as well as the development of bespoke low-volume cars. We have built a successful, multi-faceted business with key verticals including vehicle sales, maintenance, and storage. We’re looking for someone who shares our core values of honesty, integrity, transparency, teamwork, and progression to help execute our strategy for the next stages of growth. The successful candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, a genuine passion and understanding for marketing and cars, and a willingness to think outside the box.

The successful candidate will receive support from experienced departmental leaders, working across all areas of the business.

Key objectives for Hofmann's marketing include:
  1. Delivery of our 2025 Marketing plan
  2. Roll out and maintenance of the new website
  3. Manage and develop social media presence
  4. Manage and develop digital advertising (Google & social media ads)
  5. Manage and develop content marketing & SEO
  6. Develop and implement an email marketing campaign
  7. Management and cleansing of customer database
  8. Vehicle photography/videography
  9. Management of vehicle listings across multiple platforms
  10. Management and development of ‘SOR’ (Sale Or Return) process
  11. Develop branding, visual identity, and signage
  12. Design and execute printed media
  13. Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets
Requirements & Skills:
  • Good IT skills to leverage advertising platforms, social media platforms, and creative software
  • Photographic skills, or at least a willingness to learn
  • Some understanding of, and a passion for, analogue performance cars
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in capitalizing on a valuable database
  • Experience in event planning (preferable)
