Are you a driven marketing leader ready to make a big impact? We’re looking for a Company Marketing Manager to take the lead on shaping and executing our multi-channel marketing strategy – across both consumer and commercial gym equipment sectors – for one of the UK’s leading fitness equipment retailers.

We’re a UK omni-channel home and commercial fitness equipment retailer, with a national footprint that includes 11 consumer showrooms across the UK, and a dedicated B2B commercial focused showroom at our Northampton Head Office – your future base. As the exclusive UK distributor for several globally recognised fitness brands, we also proudly develop a successful portfolio of OEM “in-house” products & brands, designed with performance, value for money and innovation in mind.
The Role
Reporting directly to our Managing Director, this high-impact “hands on” position plays a central role in driving growth across all sales channels – from bricks and mortar to B2B and online. You’ll collaborate closely with the Retail Operations Manager, Digital Manager, Commercial Sales Development Manager, and Product Development Manager to build out cohesive, effective campaigns and brand experiences.
