Role Overview

At BBI, we help IVD and life sciences teams improve health and save lives with our world-class reagents. As we expand our recombinant product portfolio, we’re looking for a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven Global Marketing Manager.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, Marketing Managers, Product Management team and Sales Leaders to develop specific go-to-market strategy for recombinant products to support business goals and commercial strategy – increasing lead generation, opportunity creation and growth.

Role Requirements

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies to support recombinant product launches and business goals.
  • Own and drive campaign planning and execution using Pardot, SFDC, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with product management, R&D, sales and customer service teams to drive campaign development, execution, alignment and success- to ultimately increase inbound qualified marketing leads.
  • As part of planning campaigns, identify channels, target customers and target outcomes (e.g. leads, opportunities, growth), and track execution against targets and report progress.
  • Act as a brand guardian to ensure consistency with BBI’s new identity across messaging and visual assets.
  • Work with external agencies to deliver high-quality creative, content, and campaign materials.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify insights and inform strategy.
  • Building the sales funnel by generating top quality leads and growing brand awareness of our recombinant portfolio and capabilities.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, applying insights to optimize and improve ROI.

Scientific/Technical content

  • Work with the Product Management team to create global campaigns, including collaborating and supporting campaign content creation and refining for target markets / customers
  • Preparation of presentations and collateral, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Working with third party suppliers such as graphic designers to support the representation of scientific material in accordance with the brand guidelines
  • Translate complex scientific concepts into compelling marketing content for technical and commercial audiences
