Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established but continually growing organisation within the travel industry. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to head up and lead their marketing function, strategically and operationally.

Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
• Developing the marketing plan for the company in line with company objectives
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns for new and existing products
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Oversee the preparation of online e-shots liaising with product, aviation and marketing departments for all bands

The successful candidate:

• Experience being responsible for a marketing function within a services-led organisation
• Experience with B2B and B2C marketing
• Able to put together a long-term strategy based on collated research and key metrics
• A proactive nature with fantastic communication and IT skills
