Margate Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a passionate, creative marketing manager who’d like to join our growing team by the seaside promoting our busy and fast paced animation studio. We hand make puppets, have lots of plastic bricks that click together and shoot stop-motion in our new shining studio: BUT we need someone who feels they can tell the world about it!

This would be a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive, looking to make the jump into their first Manager role. We’re on the look out for an individual who is passionate about what they do, interested in new trends and brings lots of enthusiasm and ideas to the table.

What we’d like you to be doing;

• Marketing Strategy: We have a strategy in place for this year, but are looking for someone to craft future strategies.
• Social Content: Manage and maintain our content across channels.
• Website & SEO: Work together with our Web and SEO team to continue to develop strategies and enhance our digital performance.
• Research & Report: Measure and report performance of all marketing.
• Email Marketing: Managing mailing lists and implementing campaigns.

About You

• 2+ years experience working in marketing.
• Knowledge of social channels and basic WordPress and Google Analytics.
• The ability to work with external marketing partners including our website development team, SEO team, copy writers and paid Ad team.
• A can-do attitude and passion about marketing and new trends.
• The right to work in the UK. Unfortunately we can not offer Visa’s.
• Please note, this is an onsite position at our studios, therefore you should be located within a commutable distance of Margate.

Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 DOE
