With a larger Series B fundraise planned for 2025, the company is preparing to elevate its operations. There is an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to play a key role in increasing awareness, generating demand, and building a high-performing inbound pipeline using automation, AI, and scalable growth tactics.

This role is ideal for a growth-oriented, tech-savvy, relentlessly curious driver with experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing), targeting high-value B2B clients, preferably within high-growth, fast-scaling teams in Series A/B energy, fintech, SaaS, or clean tech sectors.

Responsibilities include:

  • ACT LIKE A FOUNDER: Own the budget, test aggressively, and deliver outcomes while building a playbook as you go.
  • Maintain a commercial focus and be ready to make an impact from day one.
  • Build an AI-powered, automated demand engine to support sales and corporate development.
  • Drive exponential pipeline growth through smart, tech-enabled execution.
  • Position the business as the essential infrastructure layer for modern energy systems across sectors.

Requirements for this role:

  • High-energy, fast-moving execution mindset—ideal for a high-growth, fast-scale environment.
  • Obsessed with technology & automation—familiar with AI, data tools, and growth hacks.
  • Highly analytical & data-driven—base marketing decisions on real metrics.
  • Deep bias for action—test, optimize, and move quickly to drive growth.
  • Curious & adaptable—learn fast, iterate fast, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Ideal experience and background:

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling brand awareness & lead generation in high-growth companies.
  • Deep experience with AI, automation, and growth marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn automation, AI tools, programmatic ad platforms).
  • Experience in ABM targeting high-value B2B clients.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-scaling teams—preferably in Series A/B energy, fintech, SaaS, or clean tech sectors.
  • Experience driving thought leadership and industry influence, not just lead generation.
  • Highly collaborative—able to work with Sales, Corporate Development, and Product teams to drive unified growth.
