Role Description:

BUILDHOLLYWOOD is seeking a self-motivated and creatively driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the marketing for JACK ARTS, who specialise in creating inspiring street campaigns and experiences for the arts and culture space. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketing professional with a strong visual sensibility, a flair for storytelling, and the ambition to step into a more strategic role.

This is a fixed-term Marketing Manager role, created to provide support and continuity while our Senior Marketing Manager is on maternity leave.

The focus of this position is to keep marketing activity running smoothly during this period. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a mid-level marketing role, build hands-on experience, and contribute to ongoing projects within a well-established team.

You'll be instrumental in driving the commercial marketing activity for our arts and culture-focused agency JACK ARTS - crafting engaging, visually striking materials that showcase our services and help grow our client base.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves the cultural sector, and understands how to make content resonate with both artistic and commercial audiences.

What You'll be Doing:
• Lead execution of the commercial marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager, across our UK-wide cities.
• Working closely with the Jack Arts sales team to assist them in meeting their sales objectives by providing them with the appropriate tools, materials and presentations, ensuring timely delivery of support and creative assets.
• Develop visually compelling sales tools (e.g., pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers) aligned with brand guidelines and messaging priorities.
• Build and maintain impactful presentation materials for pitches, client meetings, and roadshows.
• Craft strong narratives and campaign stories using insights and industry trends to inspire proactive sales campaigns.
• Conduct ongoing competitor and market research across arts, media, and culture sectors to fuel creative ideas and enhance positioning.
• Propose and coordinate creative and strategic partnerships to strengthen the brand and create content for our channels
• Maintain and develop positive working relationships with key city contacts and council stakeholders across our cities, to build our reputation, partner on impactful creative-led activations and be part of city-wide conversations.

About You:
• A confident marketeer and networker with a good understanding of what it takes to develop a brands profile and attract clients.
• You have experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment, with a track record of delivering impactful work.
• Able to work proactively and independently.
• You're passionate about storytelling across formats - from compelling copywriting to visual content like photography and design.
• You bring excellent writing skills, with an eye for tone, clarity, and audience engagement.
• You have a genuine interest in arts, culture, and placemaking, and understand their value in shaping brand identity and community connection.
• You're enthusiastic about the work happening on the street and can translate that into meaningful marketing content.
• You're a proactive self-starter, comfortable managing multiple workstreams and prioritising effectively.
• You're a strong communicator - both written and verbal - and can engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• You bring an open, curious mindset with a global perspective.
• You're proficient with key marketing and design tools including Photoshop, Keynote, Mailchimp and WordPress.
