Homelessness is a vast and complex issue that does not have a single solution. In understanding that reality, we've learned the importance of perspective; appreciating that if we continue to innovate, collaborate, and give our best, we are playing our part in making a vital difference.

We are a team that is absolutely committed to innovate, excel and be dependable in all that we do.

Working hard together to achieve our mission of providing Better Accommodation, Better Support, Better Partnerships, and as a result Better Business.

This is an incredibly exciting time for The Housing Network as we accelerate delivery of our Strategy 2024/29 : The missing Piece journey. A journey that will see us expand our services to provide over 10,000 units of safe and inspiring accommodation into 75% of Local Authority areas across the UK!

We are absolutely committed to delivering our strategy and understand that taking a strategic approach to our marketing and communications will play a fundamental role in enabling that, sharing the outcomes and impact of our work - helping to build stakeholder confidence and awareness.

This new role will lead the strategic development and operational delivery of all external and internal communications activity, ongoing brand development, media engagement, public affairs, digital content, event management and bid coordination across the organisation.

You will be responsible for significantly raising the profile and reputation of THN by delivering high-quality, consistent, values-led messaging across all platforms/media - projecting and engaging in the authentic corporate voice at all times.

We're looking for a bold, creative and collaborative leader who is confident navigating a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and has an innate ability to connect vision with action. Whoever joins us in this role will be at the top of their game. They will be an established sector professional, with unparalleled knowledge and experience in the field, with an unwavering appetite and desire to excel and win!
