Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement marketing strategies to support business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  3. Campaign Management:
  4. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, etc.).
  5. Analyze campaign performance and ROI, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  6. Content & Brand Management:
  7. Oversee the creation of marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  8. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and materials.
  9. Digital Marketing:
  10. Manage website updates, SEO strategies, and paid digital advertising campaigns.
  11. Utilize analytics tools to monitor traffic and engagement metrics.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals (if applicable).
  13. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
  14. Budget Management:
  15. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  16. Event Planning:
  17. Organize and manage events, such as product launches, webinars, and industry conferences.
Required Skills:
  1. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term marketing plans.
  2. Project Management: Proven skills in managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.

Experience and Qualifications:
  1. Education:
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  3. Professional Experience:
  4. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  5. Proven track record of successful campaign execution and measurable results.
  6. Technical Skills:
  7. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
  8. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  9. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
