Job description

We have the opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Communications department here at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting into the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing plans to promote TMK’s products and services in support of the company’s strategic goals.

The role includes responsibility for:

  • Developing and delivering strategic marketing plans to promote TMK’s products and services, increase brand awareness and win business
  • Providing guidance to key stakeholders on effective marketing approaches
  • Crafting marketing objectives and producing impactful content for marketing purposes including product sheets; brochures, newsletters; emails; website and promotional copy
  • Managing the company’s websites, ensuring content is kept up to date and best practice governance processes are in place
  • Developing and project managing the delivery of Paid Campaigns, product launches and promotions
  • Developing and maintaining all product and corporate literature, ensuring all are kept up to date and approved for use
  • Ensuring the TMK brand is presented consistently and effectively in line with corporate brand guidelines and messaging frameworks
  • Overseeing the delivery of corporate events, including large corporate events and the corporate hospitality programme, ensuring effective brand articulation
  • Collaborating with team members on cross-team projects, including brand and product campaigns
  • Producing content for a range activities, ensuring consistency with key corporate and brand messages
  • Collaborating with team members to identify and leverage opportunities for cross internal/external and marketing promotion
  • Preparing marketing measurement and activity reports, sharing insights and proposing recommendations

The successful candidate will have proven experience of strategic marketing planning, measurement and reporting, and will also hold a degree or professional qualification in a marketing or communication-related discipline. Experience of working within Insurance/London Market is preferred, as is a working knowledge of marketing automation and AI readiness. We are looking for an excellent communicator who is creative and proactive, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
