About The Role
We're looking for a dynamic and strategic
Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. This is a highly cross-functional role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats—from planning and execution to analysis and optimisation.
You'll bring solid B2B marketing experience and a strong grasp of go-to-market strategy, campaign orchestration, and data-driven decision-making. You don't need to be a specialist in any one channel, but you
will need to be resourceful, curious, and confident managing multiple moving parts.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel B2B campaigns, from brief to launch to impact report
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales to bring go-to-market strategies to life
- Build and coordinate messaging, creative, and assets across channels, including email, social media, events, partnerships, and web
- Track and analyse campaign performance to identify insights, trends, and areas for improvement (experience in Hub Spot & Google Analytics a plus!)
- Help build scalable segment and campaign playbooks and processes as we grow
- Contribute to campaign strategy and ideation, bringing fresh thinking and market awareness to the table
- Embody a customer-first mindset: understanding their pain points and ensuring campaigns reflect their needs
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or a high-growth environment
- A generalist mindset. You're comfortable working across content, digital, events, and email, even if you're not an expert in each
- Experience driving go-to-market initiatives, either for new products, geographies, or verticals
- Experience with ABM tactics and campaigns
- Confident working with data and marketing metrics, but not necessarily a performance specialist
- Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Clear communicator and creative problem-solver who enjoys rolling up your sleeves
- Life-long learners! Someone who gets excited about discovery and is ok being a beginner in some things while an expert in others
